Our answer to a plant-based weekend breakfast, this box has everything you need to assemble your brunch in a flash. Harissa beans, sautéed mushrooms and spinach, smashed seasoned avocado, oven-roasted vine tomatoes, crispy seitan and a thick wedge of fresh Sourdough.
Oven, Foil, Toaster or Grill
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Make sure you don’t try to heat the avocado, not sure how it would taste warm.. Guessing a bit odd.
Remove the cardboard lids on boxes 2, 3 and 4 and foil tightly. Place these on a tray in the centre of the oven for 15 minutes.
While they’re in the oven warming up it’s time to toast your sourdough
Once everything is hot and ready, plate it up!
Chef says if you want to dress to impress... "Place the toast in the centre of the plate. Place a heaped spoonful of the avocado on the left-hand corner of the toast. With a spoon, position the mushrooms and spinach next to the avocado. Then, the tofu scramble at the top right-hand corner of the toast with the harissa beans underneath in the right hand corner of the toast. The roasted vine tomatoes will sit neatly on top of the avocado and mushrooms. The seitan is propped up next to it.
